We are a support group. We DO NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING OR THERAPY.
It has been our experience that not everyone needs to seek professional help to cope with their grief.
Sometimes grieving is complicated either by life situations or "pre-grief" emotional challenges. In such situations, making use of professional help is a good plan.
Sometimes life situations make it extremely difficult to work through grieving around the time of a death or even when some time has elapsed since the dead of your loved one. Everyone has their unique life situation and ways of coping. Grief may cascade with a series of previous deaths to magnify the impact of current losses.
With the passage of time, you may be ready to give time and effort to walk through your grief. Walking Through Grief is here to listen and support you.
